Terms and Conditions for itecy.com Subscription

  • Itecy.com offers different packages to which an employer can subscribe to. Please note that the Subscription amount is Non-refundable after 24 hrs of subscription.
  • Itecy.com reserves the right to determine whether an Employer and/or a Company meet all the requirements to be eligible for subscription.
  • An email alert along with an offer for renewal of subscription will be sent as the subscription expiration date approaches. The subscription will be renewed if the required payment is made by the due date and you can continue to avail all the services and features .However, if the payment is not made the subscription will no longer be active after the expiration date and you will have no access to any of the services offered by itecy.com
  • Employer is in agreement with itecy.com that the employer will use the information from the itecy.com only for genuine employment advertisements which can be verified and confirmed by the Employer's company or by any other company which has been verified by the Employer.
  • Itecy.com limits the use of its content only to authorized and registered users with a subscription. During the subscription period an Employer can change and /or modify his profile information.
  • Employers will solely be responsible for any contents that its users are posting via itecy.com and will hold the responsibility for Employment Advertisements and Candidate's profiles being placed on itecy.com to be accurate and complete.
  • Sharing of Passwords or account login information for itecy.com with unauthorized users is prohibited. Illegal sharing of this information will lead to the cancellation of the subscription immediately without any refunds.
  • Copying of any Employment advertisements and candidate's information is illegal and prohibited.
  • Posting the same position more than once or posting of more than one position in a single advertisement is strictly forbidden.
