IT Recruiter
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in the IT field with a proven track record of working with direct clients/candidates - Strong skills in client and candidate relationship building - Experience with recruiting a diverse background of IT Professionals - Must be proficient using Word, Excel, and Outlook - Expertise with Internet and job sites sourcing methods preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Experience with cold calling, networking and prospecting - A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Interviewing applicants through existing and new sources as needed - Utilizing electronic processes for recruiting and placement - Matching the skills of the candidates to the needs of our customers - Increasing existing business - Working with our clients to make the best placement/service decisions
