- Minimum of 2 to 5 years recruiting experience in the IT field with a proven track record of working with direct clients/Job Seekers - Strong skills in client and Job Seekers relationship building - Experience with recruiting a diverse background of IT Professionals - Must be proficient using Word, Excel, and Outlook - Expertise with Internet and job sites sourcing methods preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work with minimal supervision. - A strong work ethic  and Experience with cold calling, networking and prospecting Visa Status : US Citizen or  Green-card or EAD
