Job Title: Functional Test Lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Primary skills: ? 7-8 years’ experience in QA leadership, planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies, test plans. ? Experience as a Test / QA Lead working on large software development or upgrade project. Experience must detail team leadership implementing testing frameworks using Test/QA best practices. ? Knowledge on Defect management and Sprint planning. ? Excellent working knowledge of Banking Domain. Additional Nice To Have Qualifications: ? Experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track and resolve problems. ? Experience in functional testing using functional testing tools. ? Experience in ETL testing using tools like Informatica ? Experience with automated functional testing. (Candidate response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation. ? Experience working in a team environment. Response must detail work directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts. ? Experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. ? Experience with manual testing. Good to have: ? Agile/ QA Certification
