Job Description We are seeking a Senior .NET developer with 5+ years of experience. He will be responsible for building WEB as well as Desktop applications. .NET applications using all the latest frameworks and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. Responsibilities • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code • Integrate data storage solutions may include writing of (stored procedures , Complex Queries, Triggers, Transactions, Indexes, Inner/Outer Joins, Performance Tuning...etc..) • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization • Leading a team • Project’s Status Reporting • Working on multiple projects simultaneously • Performing entire Build – Release management process Skills • Strong knowledge of .NET web frameworks such as MVC • Proficient in C#, VB.NET and ASP.Net, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems • Has knowledge of building an Installer Package for desktop applications - InstallShield etc.. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming • Skill for writing reusable libraries • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns such as OOAD, UML, SOA, MVC • User Interface Frameworks – WinForms, WebForms, Angular, ExtJS • Knowledge of concurrency patterns • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL • Familiarity with Application Frameworks – .Net 4.6, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, Web API • Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework • Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application • Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes • Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git, SVN, and Mercurial, HP ALM • Well versed in all phases of SDLC • Prior Agile work experience is a plus • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
