Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with members of the Product, Business and Engineering Teams to develop and maintain Product Backlogs

  Improve team velocity by incorporating capacity planning into sprint planning session

  Facilitate Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective meetings

  Remove team impediments on a daily basis to allow the team to deliver the sprint goals and deliverables

  Coordinate and participate in weekly estimation meetings to provide high-level estimates (Story Points) for backlog items

  Identify potential project risks and helped developed a mitigation plan to resolve potential issues

  Manage the insight and opinions of multiple stakeholders and helped to ensure all stakeholders agreed with the current scope and roadmap of the product

  Communicate the progress to senior management thru 'Burn down Charts'. Monitored the Quality through metrics and mentored team through the project management processes.

  Experience with integration, transformation, mapping projects is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

  Minimum 7 years’ experience in a business analyst/ systems analyst

  7 - 10 years of experience in the software development field, with PBM experience a strong plus.

  Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops of people, including executive level teams, for process analysis and architecture requirement gathering.

  Experience facilitating discussions for groups of 10 or more individuals from all levels of the organization

  Experience with Smart BPM, Agile, and Scrum methodology

  Excellent Verbal and written communication skills are required.

  Able to concisely communicate complex technical topics to a technical audience
