 Job Title: SR. Business System Analyst/ Senior BSA for Time Tracking/Payroll/HR Systems

Location: San Jose, CA

Experience: 8+ years

1. Business System Analyst:

• Translation business requirements into technical requirements.

• Capture business requirements in BRD template

• Domain Area:  Time Tracking / Payroll / HR

• Design and system architecture knowledge for large integration projects

• Good communication and articulation skills, written communication and experience with project stakeholders coordination.

• Meeting notes , action items during team meetings etc

• Track project issues & risks

2. Testing:

• Test case planning , creation and execution for  User Acceptance, Integration and Performance
• Track user requests , bucket feedback, and review with product manager

3. SQL skills:  We need someone with a technical background.
