Job Title: Software Developer-QA/Business Analyst

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Iselin, NJ

Job Description:

·         Perform tests to ensure code is functioning as defined

·         Develop and execute manual scripts to support testing requirements

·         Prepare test plans and test cases to ensure the product adheres to the system/application requirements

·         Analyze testing output based upon predefined input Track and report test results to management, in the form of metrics

·         Actively participate in the team review of product definitions, design specifications and defect review and prioritization with other members from the QA, Development and Project Management departments

·         Work with business units and technical support specialist to resolve defects and installation issues

·         Review system/application requirements (functional specifications) for quality and completeness

·         Offer advice and insight on system/application requirements and the associated effort required for quality assurance

·         Monitor tester progress, provide regular reports to management

·         Participate in functional specification reviews; identify potential defects prior to development

The minimum requirement for performance of the job duties is a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a directly related IT field with 3 years of relevant work experience or master’s degree with 1 year of relevant work experience.
