Job Description:

Portfolio Management team, the Programmer Analyst Advisory is responsible for building and supporting Global Wealth Management Systems, including trading system, fee management and reporting system.

The incumbent is responsible for providing specialized technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, implementation and support. The incumbent is responsible for current and future implementation projects within the group, introducing new technologies to meet business objectives and providing technical consultation and guidance to large development projects

Mandatory Skills:

The incumbent must have a specialized knowledge on most aspects of technologies within a client/server and multi-tier environment:

1.       system analysis and design

2.       multiple computing platforms, such as UNIX, Windows, Linux

3.       database technologies (Oracle, Sybase, DB2)

4.       object oriented programming (Java or C#)

5.       development techniques, such as debugging, testing, coding, use of productivity tools (Jira, Confluence)

6.       hardware and operating system configuration, application performance and tuning

7.       Experience in Dynatrace, Charles River platform

8.       Release management

9.       Strong SQL knowledge and skilled in working with SQL Scripting, Query optimization

10.   PL/SQL and stored procedures

11.   Scheduling tools (Tidal, Autosys)

12.   Build tools such as Maven, Gradle, Ant

13.   Experience in agile environment

14.   Experience in Cloud Platforms (example - Digital Ocean, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure)

Good to have:

1.       The candidate must have strong experience in analysis, design and hands on development for client/server applications. At least 7 to 8 years of programming experience with Java and related frameworks. Development and improvement in various supporting applications is required.

2.       Experience in release packaging and release management is required. DevOps experience is a plus.

3.       The candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to complete tasks in cooperation with other teams.
