Job Title: Oracle EBS Developer

Duration: 6+ Months

Work Location: Canada, Montreal

Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

Experience working in Support/ Enhancements projects in Managed Services model with remote teams.

Drive the Knowledge Transition sessions with Client teams and help team navigate to steady state phase.

Ability to meet committed Service Level agreement from Steady State phase onwards

Requirements Gathering from Business team and convert to Solution Design
Business Process Design
Develop System Configuration and Setups
Developing Functional Specifications
Provide support during Testing.
Interact with relevant contacts – Oracle Support, client business team, internal consultants to produce desired project outcome.

Perform the necessary steps as required on a client engagement which may include requirement analysis, fit- gap analysis, instance configuration, business process testing, support, documentation etc.
Assist the Technical Team on the Business requirements for resolving support issues/implement solutions.
Anticipate key business issues, and implement comprehensive recommendations
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on priority.
Interact with the client, lead consultants, managers and senior managers for project status reporting etc.

Mandatory skills*

Oracle EBS R12 Experience in SCM Modules - PO, INV, OM, ASCP, Costing, WMS, AR, French language is mandatory for Client interactions. English language proficiency required

Desired skills*

Oracle EBS R12 Experience in Finance - AR and Manufacturing would be desirable skills.
