Job Title: Test Lead

Technical/Functional Skills ·

Technical skills: o Automation Tools & Framework experience: Selenium C# (Selenium Java can be an additional skillset), AzureDevOps, Katalon. o Framework: (Hybrid / TDD / BDD) TestNG, Nunit, JUnit, Jasmine. o CI Tools: Microsoft VSTS tool or Jenkins · Functional Skills: o Test Lead, Test Strategy/Planning, Test Management, Defect Management, Test Data management o Integration testing, back-end testing, database validation skills, Web service/API testing experience, End to End and Regression testing experience.

Experience Required 8 - 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities · 5+ years of Test Lead experience managing multiple testers and developing automated tests for API, UI & DB validation · 3 - 5 years prior experience as a Sr. Automation Tester · Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in test methodologies and integration of business applications to achieve an efficient testing effort that delivers a quality system to its customers · Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model; · Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications; · Experienced in Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Continuous testing. · Well experienced in Software Quality Principles, Advanced Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures · Expertise in assessing automation scope, defining nonfunctional test scope (Performance) · Understanding conventional and cloud testing strategies. · Systems Integration tester experience; back-end testing; database validation skills; web service testing experience · Proactively keeping up with the latest trends in testing · Knowledge of Git distributed version control system

· Experience in mobile testing, Accessibility (preferred) · Experience working with business users coordinating, facilitating UAT
