Perform end to end application performance tuning and optimization, ensure quality code released to production 

Define and lead performance engineering and testing for assigned projects 

Lead platform reliability, resiliency, and chaos engineering initiatives across digital channel platforms 

Drive and lead synergy across development, product support, database management infrastructure, and business teams 

Serve as primary point of contact for application performance analysis and tools like Jenkins, HPC Load Runner, etc. 

Experience with AWS Glue - preferred 

Mentor junior staff on building the resource pipeline to ensure platform success
