Role: IVR Architect
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite Must)
Experience: 5+ years Duration: 6 months Contract Job Description:
What will you do?
Build and test new features that are defect free
Analyse existing IVR flow components and find the areas that we can improve
Drive the resolution of problems found in existing applications
Work with the back-end developers to create API interfaces that perform well, and can be extended easily for new functionality
Manage and maintain source code
What are we looking for?
Responsible for Designing, installing, implementing, and maintaining voice systems.
Experience in Avaya Experience portal, Orchestration designer, VoiceXML, Grammar, PBX-VDNs, Speech Recognition, NLP, TTS,Conversational AI, ChatBots Google CCGI.
Experience in Avaya BRE, Intelligent call Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, CTI and Digital Contact Center Technologies
Experience on Omni-Channel (Chat, Co-Browse, SMS, Email, social media)
Strong proficiency in Object oriented development (Java, Node.js, Go, Rust or .NET/C#)
Strong proficiency with cloud services (OpenShift, Azure, AWS)
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgresql)
Experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
Ability to balance priorities and break down complex problems to manageable chunks that can be delivered incrementally
Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
