Fit gap analysis functional and technical
Ability to drive discussions and act as a liase between IT and business.
Hands on experience on benefits functional and technical configuration.
Design, build and support interfaces related to benefits
Familiar with enrollments, data load, rates load.
Should have handled min of 2 open enrollment in the past.
Proficient in ESS and Admin features.
