Log and document errors in the tracking system.  

Identify specific cases that should be automated.  

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product marketing managers) to find ways on how automation can improve the workflow.  

Take part in brainstorms to come up with new ideas and designs that improve existing features. 
   

Senior Automation QA Engineer with 8+ years of software industry experience with a healthcare background.   

Minimum 4+years of Automation experience.   

Experience in selecting, designing, and implementing test automation frameworks.   

Strong hand-on experience  

using Katalon Studio  

JIRA, Confluence  

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent business degree.  

Strong experience in API testing.   

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).  

Experience in using the Agile Development processes.  

Healthcare /Health insurance domain experience & High-Level understanding of Cloud and DevOps will be a plus.
