Role: QA Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC (Day1 Onsite)

Position Summary: The IT QA Test Manager is a technical role which manages a team of IT quality engineers that collaborates with software developers and product owners to evaluate, test, and validate software and IT services.
· Act as technical lead on multiple QA projects.
· Works on projects that have enterprise-wide impact and integrate across the organization.
· Spearheads design, development and implementation of testing strategy and architecture.
· Concept and define testing frameworks and tool set.
· Leads teams to support testing strategies and activities; both on and offshore.
· Prepares and submits testing estimates and project schedules.
· Plans, monitors, and tracks project teams work
· Participates in requirement/design reviews or sprint/release planning sessions; identifies gaps and probes for detailed explanation of expectations.
· Performs impact analysis on the change to existing architecture, work processes and systems.
· Works with the delivery organization to identify and resolve process problems when desired service outcomes are not being met.
· Identifies and recommends automation/performance process efficiencies.
· Evaluates and makes recommendations on testing tasks in enterprise-wide processes, such as change and release management.
· Demonstrates technical leadership and provides mentoring to team members.
· Supports and participates in the formal reporting of project status.
· 5 years’ experience in the Quality Assurance discipline.
· 2+ years professional experience in a QA Lead capacity preferred.
· Strong expertise in QA principles and processes.
· Experience outlining automation framework.
· Experience managing end-to-end testing projects in parallel.
· Knowledge of automated testing applications on multi-browsers/mobile platforms.
· Ability to communicate with business and development teams effectively.
· Experience with Agile methodology.
· Experience with ticketing systems and managing releases.
· Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
· Ability to mentor and grow your team
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams to effectively manage business objectives.
· Superior analytical, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation and problem-solving skills.
· Comfortable interacting with end users
· Have the mindset to continuously improve product delivery.
· Experience with Agile release methodology is preferred
· Experience with Oracle Cloud/ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics and Azure is preferred
