Role: Oracle Payroll Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC (Day1 Onsite)

Position Summary: The Senior Oracle Payroll Lead will be a leader with a rigorous system life cycle engineering, operational excellence mindset and hands-on experience.
The Senior Oracle Payroll Lead will be responsible for the following areas:
Seek deep understanding of our customers and our technology through data and a continuous learning mindset.
Follow industry trends and implement best practices to improve quality of applications through testing.
Facilitate working sessions with business on test cases, UAT and review documentation.
Manage the development activities for Oracle HCM Payroll and Compensation Modules.
Provide Elements standardization across subsidiary.
Provide documentation on Customizations, Interfaces, Data Migration, Reports, Output Documents, and unit test
Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the project manager for all development related activities and ensure the development team deliver to project plans.
Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects.
Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed, and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality.
Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solution are fit for purpose.
Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
Manage business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide hands on implementation and post implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM).
Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures)
Provide in supporting team on full systems life-cycle management for the HCM areas of the business supporting Oracle Cloud in an application hosted environment
This position will also need experience in multiple technologies and platforms (e.g., analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery is on time and within budget
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementation, Production Support.
Experience with any or all the following: cloud applications, websites, Apps/software.
Certified in Oracle HCM Modules
Hands-on experience in Web Services, API, and testing.
Manage the development activities for Oracle HCM Payroll and Compensation Modules.
