echnical/Functional Skills and Expectations • At least two full lifecycle SAP ECC implementation experience (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) and one or two roll out/support projects experience (Mandatory) in the area of SD and CS modules • SD Business Processes: • Extensive knowledge Contracts, Sales Order, Delivery Processing, Shipment processing, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns. • CS Business Processes: • Customer Service, Service Processing, Service Contracts & Customer Service Workflows. • Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer,replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing, Equipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition • Should have strong cross functional knowledge with FICO,MM,PS,PP modules. • Knowledge on Data Migration. • Good knowledge about Interfaces - IDOC, RFC etc. • Knowledge on third party tools like Vistex, Vertex. • Knowledge about user exits and debugging techniques. • Gather/document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions. • Strong knowledge in business requirement gathering,Test Scripts/Case preparation, User manual preparation, Unit testing and Integration testing. • Configure, test, support and implement SAP SD solutions. • Nice to have SAP Certification on SD Module.
